I Have Had Better Januaries

   End of another month and I am trying hard not to to be 'skunked'. Pneumonia over the holidays and a hard drive death have dampened my spirits considerably. My 30 x 40 writing table is covered with rather useless stuff:  truck keys, felt pen, scotch tape, notebook, another notebook, hard drive, aspirin, coffee cup, glass bowl, receipts, iphone, wallet, camera, reading glasses, oximeter, bandaid, calendar, and so on. February will bring better days, I promise.  Meanwhile I am in need of a serious attitude adjustment.  . . . Now where did I put that 2 x 4?
